Jeremy David Davies is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DEIRA LIMITED. He has spent more than fifteen years advising pharmaceutical organizations on scientific strategy, product development, and healthcare innovation.
Throughout his career, Jeremy has contributed to numerous national and international scientific advisory initiatives and has developed extensive expertise in pharmaceutical research, manufacturing strategy, and healthcare investment.
In July 2014, he founded Chronic Labs (IOM) Limited with the objective of building a specialized pharmaceutical enterprise focused on the development and supply of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients for neurological and cognitive disorders. As the company expanded its capabilities, international partnerships, and strategic objectives, the business was rebranded as DEIRA LIMITED in April 2021, reflecting its broader vision and long-term commitment to pharmaceutical innovation and global healthcare solutions.
Today, Jeremy continues to lead the company’s growth strategy while maintaining a strong focus on scientific excellence, operational quality, and regulatory compliance.
Chief Operations OfficerSebastian Johnson
Sebastian oversees commercial operations throughout the United Kingdom and European markets. He is responsible for operational strategy, production coordination, process optimization, and manufacturing performance management.
With more than fifteen years of experience in pharmaceutical operations and production technology, Sebastian provides leadership across manufacturing, capital projects, and operational excellence initiatives.

Eleanor brings extensive international experience across pharmaceutical policy, economics, market access, and corporate strategy. She serves as a key commercial contact for clients and leads strategic initiatives focused on innovation, growth, and value creation.
Director of Finance & AdministrationCharles Atwood
Charles provides strategic leadership across finance, administration, governance, compliance, procurement, logistics, and operational planning.
With more than twenty-five years of financial management experience, including senior leadership positions within the pharmaceutical industry, Charles oversees the company’s financial strategy, internal controls, investment planning, and organizational performance management.
